Thanksgiving Feels

In an over saturated world of under appreciative people, myself included, I think Thanksgiving is truly a gift to us. A day to really be thankful for all that we have and to think of how we can use what we have been given to help others.

Thanksgiving is often one of the most overlooked holidays. So, in an effort to show this sweet holiday some extra attention before we put up the tree forget what we are grateful for and begin clawing over each other for the best deals of the season, I find it only appropriate to let you peek in on my home today.

I want to stop time here. Where our hearts are grateful, our bellies are full, uncles are telling bad jokes, and we are less concerned with ourselves that perhaps we normally are.

I want to press pause where my house smells of warm pumpkin pie, my turkey nap is extra snuggly, and my heart is full of joy.

And, of course, even the golden girl had plenty to be thankful for today. 🙂

Give thanks with a grateful heart.

Happy Turkey napping.
